EU B2B ordering model

Emel.tech handles requests from businesses in supported EU Member States outside Poland, as well as Monaco, through a secure order request form. A submitted request is registered in our WooCommerce order-management system in EUR so that products, company details and delivery data do not have to be entered again. It remains a non-binding request until we verify the order and send a written acceptance with payment instructions.

How to order

Use the “Continue to request form” button on a product page and complete the structured form.

Include:

• product model;
• frame color;
• quantity;
• company legal name;
• active EU VAT number;
• company and delivery address, used initially also as the billing details;
• contact person and phone number;
• any additional requirements.

We will confirm:

• product availability;
• estimated fulfilment time;
• VAT treatment;
• shipping method and cost;
• final order value;
• bank transfer details.

After submission, the website displays a reference order number. No stock is reserved, no payment is requested and no sales contract is concluded at this stage. The sales contract is formed when Emel.tech sends a written confirmation that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

Prices and VAT

English product pages show EU B2B order prices in EUR:

• Wallpanel S8 — 256 EUR;
• Wallpanel S10 — 309 EUR.

The prices are intended for supported cross-border B2B orders. VAT status is confirmed during manual order processing.

A 0% VAT intra-EU supply may be applied only where all legal requirements are met, including a valid active EU VAT number and delivery from Poland to another EU Member State. For VAT purposes, deliveries to Monaco are treated as deliveries to France. If the conditions are not met, we may decline the direct order, adjust the tax treatment or suggest a local reseller where available.

Payment

Accepted EU B2B orders are paid by traditional bank transfer.

After accepting the order, we send an English confirmation with the final EUR total, shipping cost, beneficiary, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT and the order number to use as the payment reference. Where appropriate, we also issue a pro forma invoice. Payment is due within 3 business days, unless agreed otherwise.

The order may be cancelled if payment is not received by the deadline.

A final electronic invoice is issued in accordance with applicable Polish tax rules and sent by email as a PDF visualisation where appropriate.

Shipping area

Direct B2B shipping currently covers EU Member States other than Poland, as well as Monaco, subject to individual confirmation.

We do not currently ship directly to:

• the United Kingdom;
• countries outside the European Union other than Monaco.

Shipping methods and cost

Shipping is organised through Furgonetka and selected carriers.

The method and cost depend on:

• destination;
• number of devices;
• parcel size and weight;
• carrier availability;
• whether the order is fulfilled from stock or made to order.

The shipping price is confirmed before the order is accepted.

Fulfilment time

• In-stock variants may be prepared for dispatch after the order is accepted and paid.
• Made-to-order variants usually require approximately 30 calendar days.
• Special variants, including Wallpanel S8 silver and Wallpanel S10 rose gold, require individual confirmation, depend on collecting demand for a larger production batch and are not handled as standard 30-day made-to-order variants.

The carrier’s transit time is additional to the product fulfilment time.

If the requested quantity exceeds local stock, the order is normally dispatched once the full quantity is ready. Partial shipment and any additional shipping cost may be agreed individually.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email when provided by the carrier.

Shipments are covered by the standard carrier liability applicable to the selected service.
